Deposits
All Services require a $25 deposit, your appointment is booked once deposit is paid
Remaining balance must be paid in Cash the day of your appointment
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable up to one time
Rescheduling & Late Fee
You have up to 24 hours before your appointment start time to reschedule, within that time you can transfer your deposit
If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, you must rebook with a new deposit.
There is a 10 minute grace period.
Late Fee: After 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee.
Clients arriving after 15 minutes:
Understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion due to the inconvenience of the lash artist’s next appointment. In this event the cancellation/rescheduling policy below will come into effect.
After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be lost. You will have to reschedule with a new deposit.
I understand theres traffic, weather conditions and events that may happen but please give yourself enough time to travel so you can arrive on time. Late fees still apply regardless of situation. Please plan ahead.
Refills
You must have at least 40% of your lashes to be considered a refill .. if you have less you will be charged for a full set
1 week refill 4-7 days since last appointment
2 week refill 8-14 days since last appointment
We only do fill-ins on LashXtendddd sets
General Rules
DUE TO COVID-19 YOU MUST WEAR A FACE MASK AT ALL TIMES
If you are sick you will not be serviced and must reschedule
No Extra Guests due to limited space
You must come to your appointment free of eye makeup including eye shadow, concealer, mascara, oils, etc.
